Google Implementing New work week-  ‘Flexible work week’

Google company says the good news for their employees to broaden work from home and implementing a different system that named  ‘Flexible work week’ 

The google company was implementing  ‘Flexible workweek’ Once it is safe it implement as soon as possible. Google will authorize its workers to work from home until September.

The google company was testing this opinion of  ‘Flexible work week’. Once it is comfortable to return to the company, Sundar Pichai chief executive officer ( CEO ) said to the media.

Google workers were thinking that Google team implementing to work at least 3 are 4 days in an office and remaining at the home to work. And other days work at the home as same as like work from home. The company has decided to implement this concept for their employees. The company employees are saying that it was safe to do these working as  ‘Flexible workweek’ to control the pandemic. Sundar Pichai said to the reporter...

Google was the initial company to ask it, employees, to work from due to the pandemic.

Under the Pilot Plan, workers would be exempted to work at least three days a week in the office. the chief executive officer Sundar Pichai said that we are planning  ‘Flexible workweek’ it means that work in the office for three days remaining days work in the home as same like as work from home. Google employees honoured their orders to work as the company said.

Due to these pandemic many working systems was not working properly. So google company taken one decision to make their employees safe from the pandemic. So the company took one brilliant decision for their worker's safety. By this way, many other companies also implementing this policy to work safely. This pandemic many sector people was suffering.
